OSSL Enabling Functions

There is a limited number of OSSL functions now enabled by default with the addition of the include shown below in your OpenSim.ini

       ;; Optionally include file to enable OSSL functions and set permissions on who can use which.
       ;; If this INI file is not included, the OSSL functions are disabled.
       Include-osslDefaultEnable = "config-include/osslDefaultEnable.ini"

osslEnable.ini.example will need to be renamed to osslEnable.ini and then any individual functions can be enabled or disabled by editing the osslEnable.ini
