Board of Directors Meeting of September 2nd, 2024

Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid

Attendees : Dan Banner, Wizard Atazoth, Sarah Kline , Foxx Bode, Neovo Geesink. Paela Argus, Albertlr Landar.

A motion was made to begin by Dan and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting. The treasurer opens with Financials. In the active paypal account we currently have : US S 1600,- Than $ 5056,- is parked in Money market Bank, and 3000$ in the checking account. This means that donations are lower than the average over previous year. We hope to pick up a little with the upcoming auctions.

The OSG17B regions have been cleaned and removed. The Osgrid fundraisers are scheduled at sept 23-29th. This year’s theme for the fundraiser is “Technology”. Donation goals have been set to 2000 $ like last year. Posters with call to action are on social media since half august.

The next board meeting will be held on Sunday October 20t at 11am, Hurliman Plaza Osgrid.
