Board of Directors Meeting of November 11th, 2024

A motion was made to begin by Dan and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting.

As for financials, Total ‘subscriptions’ was $1,147.50, total Expenses including fees was $1,408.53 which gave us a shortage of $261.03 for October to cover all expenses. Our current balance in paypal is $4,051.20 . Our current Checking account is $1,000.08, and current Savings in money Market are $6,059.33. totaling $11,110.61 . Paypal is a pretty large post in costs, they billed us for over 1000 $ in transition fees over the past year. Alternatives are being explored.

Assets have been split in smaller pools for less “ intrusive” processing. Not much to report here, it’s work in progress. Proactive work on restructuring the web backend will start, to prepare it for the future. This will happen on a test environment outside the grid.

The current board remains in operation for it’s next term. Positions will be announced in next meeting. The next Osgrid Annual Membership will be held on Sunday December 15th at 11am, Hurliman Plaza Osgrid. The next board meeting is set for 9th of February in the new Admin Agenda.
