Board of Directors Meeting of November 9th, 2025

Board Meeting Sunday November 9th 2025

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting. They were sent via email, and will be posted to wiki.

Financials : Oct. 30th there is $3,413.12 in Paypal. And $6,452.22 in Truist. This totals $9,865.34 in both accounts, which is just on par. We could really use some additional subscribers. Last month’s total income was $1,102. Which is largely due to an extra 75 $ in subscribers.

Website : Paela is reworked the frontend to the next generation, and phase out older code. This comes with a new layout and web design too. We now have a functional marketplace, a destinations guide, integrated event calendar, reworked backend, the works. It’s a departure from the past and upgraded to the latest and greatest. Changes have been updated to the Osgrid news page, which got a dark mode to match Osgrid main site.

Wizard Atzaoth, Koni Lazarus and Dan Banner have been added to the YouTube management channel. Wizard is also appointed as our new representative agent in Texas for Board purposes. On the last meeting of 2025 a new board will be chosen. We do not anticipate significant changes for next year.

Agenda : • The OSCC meeting this year will be held Dec. 6-7th. A sponsorship parcel has been attained. • The next board meeting is on Sunday 21st December at Hurliman Plaza. • An OSGrid public membership meeting will be held on the 14th of December.
