Board of Directors Meeting of February 8th, 2026

Attendees : Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar, Foxx Bode, Umberrock 404, Sarah Kline.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting. They were sent via email, and will be posted to wiki.

Financials : Feb 8th there is $3,078.98 in Paypal. Balance in Truist is at $6,407.22. 25$ was transferred from bank to paypal to keep activity on the account. Were totaling at $9,486.20 and are looking for more subscribed donations. The treasurer will file tax our tax reports. Once submitted and approved, they will be posted at the wiki.

Website : We have a new statistics page, a new correctly functioning map that shows correct sizes, and an update tracker for the backend changes added to the administrative arsenal now. Also the PhP of the Blog was upgraded to latest. Board : As per 2026 the board voted : Umberrock 404 will replace Wizard as vice president of Osgrid. Dan Banner - President, AlbertLr Landar – Treasurer, Foxx Bode – Secretary, Wizard Atazoth remains the Osgrid agent in Texas, and keeps seat in the Osgrid board as board member.

Grid : LBSA has been modified. Also some stores left the grid due to hosting issues. Efforts are taken to assist and help resolve these, so hopefully we can resurrect some.

Main Agenda 2026: • There will be a valentine event at Event plaza, and after that the Easter Egg contest starts.

• The Osgrid Birthday will be held in the last week of July (20-26), Theme is Sci-fi and future

• The annual fundraiser will be scheduled for the end of September 21-27th. Theme is Technology.

• The next OSGrid board meeting will be held on the 19th of April 2026 at Hurliman plaza. 11.00 grid time.
