Board of Directors Meeting on June 12th, 2016

Minutes of the Board Meeting for OSgrid, Inc. June 12th, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors for Osgrid, Inc was held on June 12th, 2016 on OSgrid in world at Bade Plaza. Present were Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar, Jim Jackson, and Sarah Kline.

The meeting was called to order. The Minutes of the previous meeting held April 17th , 2016 were approved and adopted by consensus.

It was mentioned that Hiro would most likely be unable to attend this meeting.

Dan said that he had met with Hiro, and Hiro had agreed to send Abertlr a check from the Organizations checking account from a local Credit Union in Texas so that Albertlr could set up an checking account with Bank of America. Dan also mentioned that they were looking at a place that would allow OSgrid to accept bitcoin donations.

Dan said that he had set up the OSG9B region, and had put up a forum for events to be listed. The regions for the 9th Birthday Celebrations would be Var regions with Bullet Sim Physics which would be the defaults. It was decided to schedule the Birthday Celebrations for July 29-31, 2016

The next board meeting was scheduled for August 28th, 2016 at 11 am grid time. *

As there was no other business the meeting of the board was adjourned by consensus.

• As Albertlr was not available from August to October it was decided to postpone the August meeting, this final meeting of the board was rescheduled for November 27, 2016.
