Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. September 10th, 2017

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Bade Plaza on September 10th, 2017. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was called to order. The minutes for the previous meeting held August 20th, 2017 were reviewed and approved.

Fund raising efforts were discussed, and status updates were given regarding the OSgrid Carnival event.

Albertlr Landar gave the Board financial updates and goals for the upcoming fundraiser were set.

Updates to the website were discussed as well as future options for the OSgrid servers and online services.

The board agreed to the date Of October 22nd, 2017 to hold the next Board meeting.

A motion for adjournment was called and adopted.
