Board of Directors Meeting on October 22nd, 2017

Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. October 22nd, 2017 A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Bade Plaza on October 22nd, 2017. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made for the meeting to be called to order and all were in agreement.

Minutes for the previous board meeting held on September 10th, 2017 were submitted and adopted.

Albertlr Landar presented the results of the recent fundraising efforts and informed the board of the current financial status. Discussed were future fundraising efforts and the effectiveness of the various fundraising activities.

Dan Banner informed the board about transitioning grid servers to another service, which would increase efficiency and reduce monthly costs. A rough timeline was given about when the migration would begin.

Motions were made to set the next board meeting for November 26th, and the next membership meeting for December 17th and adopted.

A motion to adjourn was called and approved.
