Board of Directors Meeting of May 7th, 2019

Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. May 19th, 2019

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on May 19th, 2019. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was called to order and the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the Board on the current financial status of the grid.

Board positions were re-affirmed for the next year.

Wizard Atazoth was voted on and approved as the newest Board Member.

Dates for the Osgrid 12th Birthday were finalized as well as discussions about entertainment and events.

The date of September 20-27th, 2019 was chosen and agreed upon for the annual fund raising events.

The date for the next meeting was set for July 7th, 2019 and approved.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
