Board of Directors Meeting of October 6th, 2019

Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. October 6th, 2019

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on October 6th, 2019. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, Albertlr Landar  and Jim Jackson.

 A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the board on the current grid financial status.

Preliminary fundraising strategies for the coming year were discussed.

The date for the Membership Meeting was set for December 15th, and later ammended to December 8th, 2019 to avoid scheduling conflicts.

The date for the next Board of Directors meeting was set for December 29th, 2019 and approved.

Details of the Annual Halloween Party were discussed.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
