Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. December 29th, 2019

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on December 29th, 2019. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the board on the current grid financial status.

Board positions and duties for the following year were discussed.

The date for the Membership Meeting was set for January 19th,2020 and approved.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
