Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. January 19th, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on January 19th, 2020. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

Wizard Atazoth updated the board on the current grid financial status.

Board positions and duties for the following year were affirmed and approved.

The date for the next meeting was set for February 16th, 2020.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
