Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. June 16th, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on June 16th, 2020. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, Foxx Bode and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

Wizard Atazoth updated the board on the current grid financial status.

Details and plans for the OSgrid 13th Birthday Celebration were discussed and finalized.

The date of July 12th, 2020 was agreed upon for the next Board of Directors Meeting.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
