Board of Directors Meeting of July 12th, 2020

Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. July 12th, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on July 12th, 2020. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Foxx Bode, Wizard Atazoth and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

Wizard Atazoth updated the board as to the grid's financial status.

The date for the Annual OSgrid Fundraiser was set for September 21st thru 27th, 2020 and approved.

The date for the next Board of Directors Meeting was set for September 6th, 2020 and approved.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
