Board of Directors Meeting of June 20th, 2021

Sunday June 20th 2021 Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid

Attendees : Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, Foxx Bode, Albertlr Landar

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

IRC Opensim and DEV channels were abandoned. We moved due to freenode deleting all our channels and user info New channels have been made on libera, and the weblinks have been updated. irc.libera.chat is the new channel.

OSG14B regions are up, and plots can be issued. Signs and boxes contain the required data. Posters and adds have been issued on social media and various plaza’s. The current financial status of the grid was discussed. Albert has submit last year’s Osgrid financial reports to IRS and state of Texas, as announced in the previous meeting. After approval, they will be published on the wiki.

A motion was passed to hold the next Board meeting. at Sunday 12 September 11.00 AM Hurliman plaza.
