Board of Directors Meeting of June 20th, 2021

Board Meeting Sunday September 12th 2021 Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid Attendees : Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, Foxx Bode, Albertlr Landar. Neoveo Geesink, Caro Faray, Aussie Envee

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted. Albert updated us on the current financial status of the grid. Double hosting costs put a strain on our reserves, but this will continue until the asset transfer is completed. Current ETA is mid-October. Funds are running below the level we find comfortable, but operational costs will go down significantly when the Texas assets will be shut down.

The target goal for the Steampunk themed auctions is set to $ 2000,- Auction days are Fri-Sun 24/25/26 September. Friday at 4 pm / Saturday 11 AM / Sunday 1 PM and last 1 hour each.

A motion was passed to hold the next Board meeting. at Sunday 7 November 11.00 AM Hurlimann plaza. A note was made to keep in mind the scheduling of events in December with regards to OSCC.

Meeting was adjourned.
