Board of Directors Meeting of December 19th, 2021

Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid Attendees : Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, ALbertlr Landar, Foxx Bode.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved within last meeting.

The board voted unanimously to continue in its current form and functions for the next term.

Dan Banner returns from Ex-Officio status to active member of the Osgrid Board in 2022.

Albert updated us on the current Financial & technical status of the grid. Funds are slightly below par compared to last year, but sufficient a for stable start of Q1 & 2 in 2022.

Phase 3 of the asset transfer is complete. Pollux server will shutdown next month, Castor will remain up as backup until all assets are merged into the current cluster.

A motion was passed to hold the next meeting on Sunday 23rd of February 11.00 AM Hurliman plaza.
