Board of Directors Meeting of September 4th, 2022

Attendees : Wizard Atazoth, Sarah Kline, Foxx Bode, Albertlr Landar. Neoveo Geesink, Caro Faray, Dan Banner

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Albert. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved. Albert gave a briefing about OSgrids current financial position. We have had $15.687 in donations last year, which is a $ 643 drop compared to 2020’s annual income. This being in the middle of a pandemic and with much more grids out there today, is a great result. This means Osgrid is still financially stable, and since we got rid of the expensive asset cluster in Texas, we’re spending less. Keeping funds on par is required, as we will slowly need to start replacing the plaza servers with newer machines which brings elevated operational costs during those migrations.

The annual figures will be updated in wiki by treasurer. The auction-week is held from 26 Sept. to 2 Oct. Fri-Sat-Sun are the actual Auction dates. New posters were made and will be published asap. Our target is to raise about $ 2000. A community meeting will be planned for end of the year. The next board meeting is planned on Sunday October 16th at Hurliman Plaza.
