Board of Directors Meeting of February 5th, 2023

Attendees : Dan Banner , Foxx Bode, Wizard Atazoth, Sarah Kline. Neovo Geesink.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved. By law the Board terms are changing, and as per the previous meeting; proposed are Dan - President, Wizard - Vice President, Foxx - Secretary, Albert – Treasurer. Sarah will become Ex-offico. And since this leaves one seat, Neovo accepted the new position as board member and will participate in voting as of now.

Since Albert is not present today, we get financials from Dan, As per current financials, we have $3,868.84 in paypal and the bank amount hasn’t changed since our last meeting. We’re starting to see excessive load placed on profile services by firestorm 6.4.13, like 1000’s of profile requests per second. Hence we have decided to Ban all firestorm versions below 6.4.12 to keep performance at normal levels. This has been announced on social media as well. This will have some impact on users with older viewers, but if we would not do this, every visitor will suffer.

Wiz will provide in a poster For Valentines, and Cornflakes week is held, like always, last week of February. After that we get a range of events, starting with St Patrick’s and in April we have the Easter egg decoration contest, and the Easter party which are all held in the 1st weekend of April.

The next board meeting is planned on Sunday June 11 11am at Hurliman Plaza. Meeting was adjourned
