Board of Directors Meeting of Juli 11th, 2023

Foxx is absent. So a motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were already posted on the wiki, and were approved. Technical : Osgrid moved over to 0.9.3.x completely, and is thus running on .NET 6.0 This means if you’re still on windows XP you will need to upgrade. The page with current hardware is up to date. Viewer requirements of sing 1.8.6 / FS 6.4 or up are in effect.

Financials : We currently have a balance between paypal and Trust bank of $9,388.07 which matches last year around this time, by less than $100,- The amazon Smile program ended, so we need to look at other ways to gain extra funds. Financials have been updated on the wiki. [1]

Community : The birthday theme for this year is set to Sweet 16. Posters have been put at Facebook and MEWE. Birthday plots will be removed within a month after the event, so make sure to have users save stuff they don’t want to have removed. For the annual fundraiser the theme is going to be Apocalyptic / MadMax Posters for this are already on social media channels, only advertisements still need to be made. (OSW / HGB). The next board meeting is on Sunday sept 10th, at Hurliman Plaza. Meeting was adjourned.
