Board of Directors Meeting of November 12th, 2023

Board meeting Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid Attendees : Dan Banner, Foxx Bode. Albertlr Landar, Neovo Geesink.

Wizard is not present today, so a motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were sent via email, and were approved and posted to wiki.

Financials : we ended up with a total of $ 2,774 from both the donations, auctions and lindens. And presently we have a total in the Truist bank of $ 7,744, In Paypal at the beginning of the month $ 4,635. For a total of $12,379 which is an increase of $ 2530 since the last meeting.

For future grid maintenance the main grid server is nearing its EOL, and is scheduled for an upgraded replacement in q1 of 2024. We will find a new solution for the forums, as the old ones will not be migrated due to costs vs benefits, and relevance. We’ll hold the Annual Osgrid Meeting on Dec. 17th at 11 AM. In the last board meeting of the year, directly behind it at 12, we need to vote to select the board members for next terms in 2024.

The next board meeting is on Sunday December 17th, at Hurliman Plaza.
