Board of Directors Meeting of December 17th, 2023

Attendees : Dan Banner, Foxx Bode. Wizard Atazoth, Albertlr Landar, Neovo Geesink. Sarah Kline.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting. They were sent via email, and were approved and posted to wiki.

Albert provided Financials : we ended up with a total of $ 2,774 from both the donations, auctions and lindens. And presently we have a total in the Truist bank of $ 8000, In PayPal at the beginning of the month $ 4,253. For a total of $12,253. These do not yet include nor reflect the purchase of the $ 555,96 server & database migration overhead costs. As for the vote to select the board members for next terms in 2024. We moved to continue with the present board, Sarah will return from ex-officio status to regular board member.

The next board meeting is on Sunday February 11th, at Hurliman Plaza. Meeting was adjourned.
