Board of Directors Meeting of February 16th, 2020

Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. February 16th, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on February 16th, 2020. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Foxx Bode and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

The Board voted Foxx Bode as it's newest member.

The date for the Annual OSgrid Birthday celebration was set for July 20th thru 26th, 2020 and approved.

The date for the next Board of Directors Meeting was set for June 14th,2020 and approved.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
