Board of Directors Meeting of June 12th, 2022

Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid

Attendees : Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wiizard Atazoth, Foxx Bode. AlbertLR Landar, Neovo Geesink

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Albert. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved. Reconfirmed positions, as the Treasurer was absent in last meeting.

Albert provided a brief update on financials. These are solid. State and Federal Tax reports have been electronically filed back by May15th. After approval, financials will be published on wiki.

As we don’t like to interfere with creator events like Opensimfest, we established the OSG15B to take place on 25-31 July. The birthday will be completely Space themed this year. Birthday regions will be installed at the end of this month.

Our Annual fundraiser is to be scheduled in September, exact dates to be still established. Week 37/38 (18th till 24th September). Our financial target is same as last year. This years theme will be “ Pirates”.

Assets is still not fully completed, but the vast majority of them should be back and available. Still merging. A Community meeting will be planned end of the year, after the fundraiser.

A motion was passed to hold the next Board meeting 4th of Sept 11.00 AM Hurliman plaza.
