Board of Directors Meeting of May 25th, 2025

Board Meeting Sunday May 25th 2025

Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid Attendees : Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar, Paela Argus, Wizard Atazoth, Foxx Bode, Sarah Kline.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting. They were sent via email, and posted to wiki. Albert provided Financials: Our balance in Paypal for May 25th was $2019.23 Our balance in our Truist Money Market on May 25th was $6.078.93. That gives us a total of $7.978.93 in assets. A few major donators have unfortunately stopped their support, and we have had overlapping costs, so the hit to our financials is significant. We owe all donators sincere gratitude nevertheless. And will start new donation campaigns to try and revive some of the lost funds to keep the grid alive.

All Federal and State tax returns have been done for this year. Wizard has been appointed as the new agent for the Non-Profit Corporation. Annual financial reports will be posted at the wiki once approved. Osgrid will celebrate its 18th birthday this year. 28th of Juli till 3rd of August will be one long summer beach party this year. The annual Osgrid membership meeting will be held at October 19th. The next board meeting is on Sunday Aug 24th, at Hurliman Plaza. Meeting was adjourned.
