Board of Directors Meeting of October 20th, 2024

Location : Hurliman Plaza, Osgrid Attendees : Dan Banner, Wizard Atazoth, Sarah Kline, Neovo Geesink. Paela Argus, Albertlr Landar, Foxx Bode.

A motion was made to begin by ALbertLR and the meeting was opened by approving the Minutes of the previous meeting.

The treasurer opens with Financials. The results of the 2024 Fundraiser was a total of $2,111.00 raised in donations, auctions and lindens donated from Second Life. This year we deposited $237.00 in converted lindens to our Truist account, this is less the fees charged by Second Life for the conversion. Our total Operating expenses, less fees were $1,215.00. Our total fees for September were $162.00. So our total expenses were $1,377.00. Our total subscriptions for September 2024 were $1,061.00, Less the above expenses of $1,377.00, that leaves us a shortage going forward of $316.00 a month. To conclude this report, our Balance in Paypal is $4,279.85, Our current balance in Truist is $6,796.37. Our interest earned in our Money Market Account year to date is now at $59.29. On the admin side of things Dan will be consolidating the plazas, removing the ones we don’t need and retiring a couple of servers, like Plaza 11 and 17 which we only use for testing / backup and OSGB regions, reducing operational costs.

The next board meeting will be held 24th of November. The next Osgrid Annual Membership will be held on Sunday December 15th at 11am, Hurliman Plaza Osgrid.
