Board of Directors Meeting of September 10th, 2023

Attendees : Dan Banner, Foxx Bode, Wizard Atazoth, Sarah Kline. Albertlr Landar, Neovo Geesink. Caro Faray.

Board is fully present, a motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order by Dan. Minutes of the previous meeting were sent via email, and were approved.

Financials : We currently have We had a balance in Paypal of $4,849 at the first of Sept. and Truist bank of balance of $5,000 in Trust bank . That is a total of $9,849 for the month, which represents an increase of $511 since the last meeting.

Fundraiser preparations are in progress. These will run by the same terms as previous years.

The auctions will take place on :

Friday Sept. 29th at 4PM

Saturday Sept. 30th at 11AM

Sunday Oct. 1st at 1PM.

We’re looking into eventually replacing the existing forums. The current one will remain available, but will likely be closed and archived in the future. The next board meeting is on Sunday November 12th, at Hurliman Plaza.
