Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. September 6th, 2020

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on September 6th, 2020. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Wizard Atazoth, Foxx Bode and Jim Jackson.

A motion was made to begin and the meeting was called to order.

Minutes of the previous meeting were approved and adopted.

Wizard Atazoth updated the Board on the current financial status of the grid.

Content and final preparations for the Annual Fundraiser were discussed.

The date for the next Board of Directors Meeting was set for November 8th,2020 and approved.

The date for the next Membership meeting was set for October 4th, 2020 and later amended to December 13th, 2020.

A call for adjournment was made and passed.
