Board of Directors Meeting on April 17th, 2016

Minutes of the Board Meeting for OSgrid, Inc. April 17th, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors for Osgrid, Inc was held on April 17th, 2016 on OSgrid in world at Bade Plaza. Present were Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar, Jim Jackson, and Sarah Kline.

The meeting was called to order. The Minutes of the previous meeting held March 27th, 2016 were approved and adopted by consensus.

It was mentioned that Hiro would be unable to attend this meeting.

The topic of discussion was the upcoming 9th Birthday Celebration of OSgrid in July. It was decided to combine the Birthday events with fundraising events that the membership had been suggesting as a good way to help with the finances of OSgrid. It was decided to announce the Birthday for July 30-31. It was also decided to maintain the same procedures for the operation of the the Birthday Regions as last year.

As the organization only has a Credit Union account with a balance of around $500, and it was difficult to deposit checks should they be given to OSgrid. It was therefore recommend to transfer those funds to a national bank like Bank of America. That way the bank account would be more accessible to Board Members around the county, and also allow donor organizations to make direct deposits to it from time to time. And the account would be more accessible over the internet.

The next board meeting was scheduled for June 12th, 2016 at 11 am grid time.

As there was no other business the meeting of the board was adjourned by consensus.
