Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. August 12th, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on August 12th, 2018. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

Amendments were made to the minutes of the previous meeting. The changes were discussed and adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the Board on the financial status of the grid.

Discussed were the upcoming Carnival Fundraiser, as well as timing and goals for the event.

Dan Banner gave updates on the technical status of the grid and updates to the Plazas.

The date of October 7th, 2018 was chosen and agreed to for the next Board meeting.

A motion to adjourn was called and was passed.
