Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. August 20th, 2017

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Bade Plaza on August 20th, 2017. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was called to order. The minutes for the previous meeting held May 14th, 2017 were reviewed and approved.

The Board discussed the previous and upcoming changes to the OSgrid website.

A discussion about the current financial status of the grid was initiated by Treasurer Albertlr Landar. The grid has procured banking with BB&T which eliminates fees imposed by the previous banking institution.

Discussed were ideas to increase donations, create a pledge and matching system, as well as corporate charitable donations.

A motion was made to call for a Meeting of the Membership to inform the OSgrid community of the current financial state, and to ask for ideas and volunteers to initiate further fundraising ventures. The date was set for September 3rd, 2017 and approved.

A motion was made for the next Board meeting to be held on September 10th, 2017 and approved.

Motion was made to call for adjournment and carried.
