Board of Directors Meeting on December 27th, 2015

Minutes of the Board Meeting for OSgrid, Inc. December 27th, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors for Osgrid, Inc was held on December 27th, 2015 on OSgrid in world at Bade Plaza. Present were Albertlr Landar, Dan Banner, and Hiro Protagonist.

The meeting was called to order. The Minutes of the previous meeting held November 22nd, 2015 were approved and adopted by consensus.

The board agreed to a minor change to the minutes of November 15th, 2015.

Albertlr mentioned that it would be possible to try to set up a fund-raising project after the first of the year with the membership, and at least one person had volunteered to help. It was also mentioned that at the first meeting of the Board of Directors that new terms would need to be voted on for Hiro and Dan, officers posts for everyone would have to be determined, and the consideration of new board members could be voted on at that time.

Dan mentioned that he was going to add a link to the donation page to the homestead covenants, that too many people just assumed everything was free. It was also mentioned that a recent Hypergrid Business survey showed a large growth in OSgrid use and members, despite the fact that Hypergrid users were not included in those totals.

It was agreed to call the next board meeting for February 14th, 2016 at 11 am grid time, to be held at Bade Plaza.

Dan confirmed that he had a couple of good candidates for the two vacant board positions and would make sure they would be interested in serving, before making any nominations.

Albertlr mentioned that he was going to try to get receipts for all US contributors to OSgrid in 2015 if possible.

As there was no other business the meeting of the board was adjourned by consensus.
