Board of Directors Meeting on December 2nd 2018

Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. December 2nd, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on December 2nd, 2018. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was originally slated for December 9th, 2018, but was moved to the 2nd due to scheduling conflicts.

The meeting was called to order and the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the Board on the current financial status of the grid.

Current Board members were reaffirmed for the following year, with the positions to be decided at the next meeting.

Dan Banner described the current grid health and planned improvements.

Topics for the upcoming Membership Meeting were discussed and finalized.

Motion to adjourn was made and passed.
