Minutes of the Special Board Meeting for OSgrid, Inc. June 28, 2013

A special meeting of the Board of Directors for Osgrid, Inc was held on June 28, 2013 on OSgrid in world at Bade Plaza. Present were Albertlr Landar and Hiro Protagonist.

A request had been sent to the Board by Treasurer Amy Strong that she wished to resign from the Board of Directors. After some discussion it was voted unanimously to accept her resignation with our regret, and thanks for all the hard work she had done on behalf of Osgrid and the Greeters group which she headed. It was also decided that a search to replace the Treasurer post should be under taken as soon as possible.

Albertlr then gave a report on the efforts to start a dialog with the Metropolis administrators regarding how to handle any possible future griefing incidents and the current hypergrid ban on Metropolis users. Since the attempts to start a dialog had failed, due to the insistence that any communication would be publicized by them. It was felt that any discussion of griefing should be held in confidence, as we believe in innocence until proven guilty in the United States. Therefore we would instead rely on the Osgrid administrators to come up with a technical way that would allow the ban to be lifted as soon as possible. Which would then allow for individual hypergrid bans, instead of a grid wide ban.

Albertlr also reported that he was working on the Bylaws and would present them for consideration by the Board as soon as possible.

As no other business was brought up it was moved to adjourn the meeting.
