Minutes of the Board Meeting for OSgrid, Inc. March 27th, 2016

A meeting of the Board of Directors for Osgrid, Inc was held on March 27th, 2016 on OSgrid in world at Bade Plaza. Present were Hiro Protagonist, Dan Banner, Albertlr Landar, Jim Jackson, and Sarah Kline.

The meeting was called to order. The Minutes of the previous meeting held February 14th, 2015 were approved and adopted by consensus.

A discussion was held concerning the decline in financial support recently. It was mentioned that the membership meeting scheduled for Sunday April 10th at 11 grid time at Event Plaza would be centered around needed fund raising activities for OSgrid. Some of the technical problems with the opensim software were also discussed.

The need to address officer positions on the board was discussed. After everyone had input, it was proposed that going forward Dan Banner would serve as the new President, Sarah Kline would serve as the new Vice President, albertlr Landar as the Treasurer, Jim Jackson would serve as the new secretary and Hiro Protagonist would assume a regular board member role and continue to serve as the registered agent for the corporation in Texas. The proposed board officer positions were approved by unanimous consent.

The next board meeting was scheduled for April 17th, 2016 at 11 am grid time.

As there was no other business the meeting of the board was adjourned by consensus.
