Minutes of the Board Meeting for OSgrid, Inc. November 22nd, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors for Osgrid, Inc was held on November 22nd, 2015 on OSgrid in world at Bade Plaza. Present were Albertlr Landar, Dan Banner, and Hiro Protagonist.

The meeting was called to order. The Minutes of the previous meeting held November 15th, 2015 were approved and adopted by consensus.

A discussion was held on updating the Osgrid Wiki and other web pages for Osgrid, Inc. Also a discussion of the continuing Avination Merge and other changes coming to the opensimulator software and how we could better add links to the opensimulator.org wiki

Dan mentions that he had set up a display to represent Osgrid at the Opensimulator Community Conference which was starting on December 13th, 2015.

It was agreed by all to have the final meeting of the Board of Directors of OSgrid, Inc. on Sunday December 27th, 2015 at 11 AM grid time at Bade Plaza.

As there was no other business the meeting of the board was adjourned by consensus.
