Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. October 7th, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on October 7th, 2018. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was called to order and the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the Board on the current financial status of the grid.

Discussed were recent code changes and the effect on grid services.

Dan Banner laid out a general time frame for updating the asset servers.

The date for the next Membership Meeting was set for December 16th, 2018 and passed.

The next board meeting was set for December 9th, 2018 and adopted.

Motion to adjourn was made and passed.
