Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. January 14th, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on January 14th, 2018. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was called to order. The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed and adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the Board on the current grid finances.

Discussed were privacy and security issues and how recent changes to European Union policies might impact the grid.

A motion was made to vote for Board members. The current Board members were confirmed in their existing positions for another year.

Server migration and behavior policies for plazas were discussed.

A motion was made to hold the next meeting on March 18th, 2018 and passed. (This board meeting was subsequently changed to March 25th, 2018)

A motion to adjourn was called and approved.
