Minutes of the Board Meeting for Osgrid Inc. June 10th, 2018

A meeting of the Board of Directors for OSgrid Inc. was held inworld at Hurliman Plaza on June 10th, 2018. Present at the meeting were Dan Banner, Sarah Kline, Albertlr Landar and Jim Jackson.

The meeting was called to order and the minutes of the previous meeting were adopted.

Albertlr Landar updated the Board on the current financial status of the grid.

Final plans and dates were set for the OSgrid 11th Birthday Celebrations. Dates 23-29, 2018.

Forum postings, entertainment and fundraising ideas were discussed and finalized.

Exhibit and general plaza rules were decided and agreed upon.

Plans for the annual fundraising drive were laid out, including the themes, goals and date. Dates set were September 21-28th, 2018.

A meeting of the membership was set for August 5th, at 11 am at Hurliman Plaza. The next board meeting was scheduled for August 12th, at 11 am at Hurliman Plaza.

Motion to adjourn was made and passed.
