Saturday Q&A for September 14th, 2024

From OSgrid Wiki
[10:52 AM] albertlr Landar: Hello Ricky
 [10:53 AM] Ricky Fournier: 'ello
[10:53 AM] Ricky Fournier: I haven't been to one of these so thought I'd stop in!
[10:53 AM] Ricky Fournier: *Haven't been to one of these for a while
[10:53 AM] Neovo Geesink is Online
[10:54 AM] Ricky Fournier: Finally resolved most of these problems only to encounter more today. LOL
[10:54 AM] albertlr Landar: well we cut it back to once a month now., if I can just remember 2nd sat of each month.
[10:54 AM] Ricky Fournier: blankety-blank-blank PBR
[10:55 AM] Neovo Geesink: Hello ALbertlr and Ricky
[10:55 AM] albertlr Landar: Hello Neovo
[10:55 AM] Ricky Fournier: Hello Neovo, long time no see
[10:55 AM] albertlr Landar: I got the right date this week.
[10:55 AM] Neovo Geesink: Oh? I am almost daily online...
[10:55 AM] Neovo Geesink: Yep. :-)
 [10:55 AM] albertlr Landar: Well
[10:56 AM] Ricky Fournier: now, that's a deep subject
[10:56 AM] albertlr Landar: I just got my new LG Ultra Wide Monitor, 38"
 [10:56 AM] Neovo Geesink: :-)
[10:56 AM] albertlr Landar: Yea it is a wide monitor
[10:56 AM] albertlr Landar: Still getting use to it
[10:56 AM] Ricky Fournier: I have two 24".
[10:57 AM] albertlr Landar: Its actually the second one, first was damaged. Apparently some one dropped it and had a big Rainbow Verticle Traiagle in the center
 [10:57 AM] Neovo Geesink: I have 1 23"
[10:57 AM] albertlr Landar: Oh on my other other I have two 32" dell.
[10:57 AM] albertlr Landar: I may actually have to start using that for OSgrid as they views are bigger on it.
[10:57 AM] Ricky Fournier: Ouch! I hope they diddn't give you a hard time replacing it.
[10:57 AM] albertlr Landar: just took a week
[10:58 AM] albertlr Landar: only bummer is I had already packed it up to return, and they asked me to take a picture of it.
[10:58 AM] albertlr Landar: So had to unpack and set it up again.
[10:58 AM] Ricky Fournier: Yeah, so now you have to pay to dispose of it, eh!
[10:59 AM] albertlr Landar: Only think I notice about it. is it seems rather hot on top.
[10:59 AM] albertlr Landar: i think it because it also servers as a usb hub.
[11:00 AM] albertlr Landar: But the refresj rate os 144 hz
[11:00 AM] Ricky Fournier: I had 2 on the linux box, but it's dying so I got a nice mac mini. Now one is on each.
[11:00 AM] Neovo Geesink: USB hubs do not produce that much heat... It is more the Backlight, or the OLED panel if it is an Oled.
[11:00 AM] albertlr Landar: so should be good for a games.
[11:00 AM] albertlr Landar: yea, probably OLED
[11:00 AM] albertlr Landar: its LG
[11:00 AM] albertlr Landar: they started that.
[11:00 AM] Ricky Fournier: Yes, it'll be ahead of the computer! lol
[11:01 AM] Neovo Geesink: If Blacks are really black from every viewable angle, It is inded (o)led Otherwise it is Lcd.
[11:01 AM] albertlr Landar: still trying to work using multiple displays with it.
[11:01 AM] albertlr Landar: Its curved also.
[11:01 AM] Ricky Fournier: THis week I discovered that you cannot have a 3x3 touch a 5x5 or you screw them both up.
[11:02 AM] albertlr Landar: I have a very wide view of OSgrid now.
[11:02 AM] Ricky Fournier: Both of mine are curved. I love it! More natural viewing.
 [11:02 AM] Neovo Geesink: :-)
[11:02 AM] albertlr Landar: hum would not be surprised.
[11:02 AM] albertlr Landar: I have 4 5X5 next to each other, and they seem to work ok.
[11:03 AM] Ricky Fournier: They are the same size. The problem seems to be disparate sizes.
 [11:03 AM] albertlr Landar: yea
[11:03 AM] albertlr Landar: might want to mention that to UBit.
[11:03 AM] albertlr Landar: I have never encounter that because always worked with the same size.
[11:04 AM] Ricky Fournier: I learned more about server config this week with the Boss and Unadecal's help.
[11:04 AM] albertlr Landar: I also had problems when other people tried to put theirs next to mine, so I moved way out in the other areas with my regions.
[11:04 AM] Ricky Fournier: If you don't learn something new every day you're dead.
[11:05 AM] Ricky Fournier: Yeah, I'm kind of far out myself.
 [11:05 AM] Neovo Geesink: Sure.
[11:05 AM] albertlr Landar: very true
[11:05 AM] Ricky Fournier: The smaller one is my sandbox so can be away from the other.
[11:06 AM] albertlr Landar: The last report from Hypergrid Business shows our size is still the largest.
 [11:06 AM] albertlr Landar: https://www.hypergridbusiness.com/2024/08/opensim-usage-stats-down-as-summer-comes-to-a-close/
[11:06 AM] Ricky Fournier: I have a third that's "just for now".
 [11:06 AM] Neovo Geesink: Nice.
 [11:06 AM] Ricky Fournier: Nice!
[11:06 AM] albertlr Landar: But attendance is second to Wolf Grid.
[11:07 AM] Ricky Fournier: Usage stats are always down over the summer.
[11:07 AM] albertlr Landar: Also we have had problems apparently since the first of the year with subscriptions.
[11:07 AM] albertlr Landar: They are down about $300 a month.
[11:07 AM] Ricky Fournier: I wondered because of the notice.
[11:08 AM] albertlr Landar: So we are going to have to ask people to either consider subscribing to support Osgrid during the Fundraiser or increase their monthly donations by what they can.
[11:08 AM] Neovo Geesink: Hopefully the Fundraiser will iron the imbalance out.
[11:08 AM] albertlr Landar: Wel we are ok right now in paypal because I moved some funds we raised in the past to help it out.
[11:09 AM] albertlr Landar: But to keep us health financially we need say 30 more peopel subscribing by $10 a month.
[11:09 AM] albertlr Landar: Or more.
[11:09 AM] albertlr Landar: Fundraiser is at the end of this month
 [11:10 AM] Neovo Geesink: Yep.
[11:10 AM] Neovo Geesink: Last week.
 [11:10 AM] albertlr Landar: 23rd to 29th
[11:11 AM] Neovo Geesink: We have info-boards on all PLaza's and it is listed in the Events Teleporters.
[11:11 AM] albertlr Landar: Thats great.
[11:11 AM] albertlr Landar: now that I have my computers more stable I can get back on line more.
 [11:11 AM] Neovo Geesink: :-)
[11:11 AM] Ricky Fournier: Unfortunately I don't have anything suitable under the guidelines to contribute to the auction.
[11:11 AM] albertlr Landar: on thats ok.
[11:11 AM] Neovo Geesink: Is there an ETA for the annual Membership meeting?
[11:12 AM] inanna beaumont is Online
[11:12 AM] albertlr Landar: I just don't have time this year myself.
[11:12 AM] albertlr Landar: Unless I can locate some old thing I had made before.
[11:12 AM] Ricky Fournier: I am friends with Caro and she was asking me AT LEAST once a day. lol
 [11:12 AM] Neovo Geesink: :-D
[11:12 AM] Paela Argus is Online
[11:12 AM] albertlr Landar: My things don't seem to generate many donations unfortunately.
[11:12 AM] Ricky Fournier: She's SUCH a cool lady!
[11:13 AM] albertlr Landar: She is a blessing to our campaign and OSgrid.
[11:13 AM] Neovo Geesink: If Caro tosses the towel, we do have a situation indeed...
 [11:13 AM] Ricky Fournier: Absolutely
[11:14 AM] Neovo Geesink: Hello Prince'
[11:14 AM] albertlr Landar: Hello Robbie
[11:14 AM] Prince Amor: hello how goes it?
[11:14 AM] Ricky Fournier: What a great avie!
[11:14 AM] albertlr Landar: Danger, Danger, Danger Will Robinson
[11:14 AM] Prince Amor: everyone says that
 [11:14 AM] Prince Amor: :-)
[11:14 AM] Neovo Geesink: Just about the financial issue, and the luck to have Caro in this Grid.
 [11:14 AM] albertlr Landar: yea
[11:14 AM] Prince Amor: yes did it get better
[11:14 AM] Prince Amor: put out some please
 [11:15 AM] Prince Amor: pleas
[11:15 AM] Ricky Fournier: Aussie obviously works hard to keep the entertainment going as well.
[11:15 AM] albertlr Landar: yes he does
[11:15 AM] Neovo Geesink: He sure does, albeit in yet another ALT of him...
[11:15 AM] Ricky Fournier: Or three. rotfl
[11:15 AM] albertlr Landar whispers: I've been watching some of those other popular games like
[11:15 AM] Prince Amor: or six
[11:15 AM] albertlr Landar: Mindcraft and Robox
 [11:15 AM] Prince Amor: ;-)
[11:16 AM] albertlr Landar: I really don't get the reason people play them when ones like Opensim are available for free.
[11:16 AM] Prince Amor: well sl too far as that goes
[11:16 AM] Ricky Fournier: My SL yearly is due next month. sigh
[11:17 AM] Neovo Geesink: I also do not understand that... A friend of my is in IMVU, but pays a LOT...
[11:17 AM] Prince Amor: and we can bring anything in here for free
[11:17 AM] Ricky Fournier: SL and OSGrid are different for me.
[11:17 AM] albertlr Landar: they could do everything in opensim with a little effort and have much better graphics and experiences.
[11:17 AM] Prince Amor: yes did that for a while too
[11:17 AM] Ricky Fournier: SL is more social. OSG is more geek and what can I build today.
[11:17 AM] Prince Amor: I think it is just the consumer ethic predominates
[11:17 AM] Prince Amor: why learn or do anything yourself
[11:17 AM] Prince Amor: if you can buy it
[11:18 AM] albertlr Landar: well I think the growth of Outworldz users seems to be good.
[11:18 AM] albertlr Landar: lots of people doing their own things.
[11:18 AM] Prince Amor: long as it doesn't crash
[11:18 AM] Prince Amor: and burn too often
 [11:18 AM] albertlr Landar: yea
[11:18 AM] Prince Amor: seems to be doing alright at moment
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: I get scared to upgrade though
[11:19 AM] Neovo Geesink: Lately I do see quite an increase in HG Visitors, so I think that someday they will make an Account here in OSGrid.
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: well yes
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: if the grid they are running outworldz
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: well ends up not working well
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: they come back to osgrid
[11:19 AM] Ricky Fournier: Not everyone has the ability to have their own server. I was a server geek many years ago, but have forgotten more than I remember. But I make it work with help.
[11:19 AM] albertlr Landar: What about the problems with Firestorm
[11:19 AM] albertlr Landar: any improvements
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: not really
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: still crash often
[11:19 AM] Prince Amor: need new one
[11:20 AM] albertlr Landar: not good
[11:20 AM] Prince Amor: hear betas are in the same state
[11:20 AM] Ricky Fournier: I am currently on the PBR, but it s*#ks
[11:20 AM] Neovo Geesink: ? I do not know... The latest Obtainable version still has that light balancing issue...
[11:20 AM] Prince Amor: heard there is a new viewer in sl though
[11:20 AM] Ricky Fournier: Works well on SL, but poorly on here.
[11:20 AM] Prince Amor: altaviewer or something like that
 [11:20 AM] albertlr Landar: oh
[11:20 AM] Prince Amor: but it is not compatible here they said
[11:20 AM] Prince Amor: but they did say it is more stable
[11:20 AM] albertlr Landar: so not official but an off shoot
 [11:20 AM] Prince Amor: right
[11:20 AM] Ricky Fournier: New stuff aplenty on SL, such as a new voice.
[11:20 AM] Prince Amor: and alchemy has pbr in sl also
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: yes heard that too
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: though the old is still working here
[11:21 AM] Neovo Geesink: It does not discriminate Full-bright versus Non-Full-bright in all solar angles, and has lost the balance completely with that.
[11:21 AM] Ricky Fournier: I hate alchemy.
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: i do also
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: miss the copy and paste
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: in edit
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: way too much
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: there are workarounds but
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: that is what stops me from using it
[11:21 AM] Prince Amor: and well they have not released pbr version for osgrid yet
[11:22 AM] Ricky Fournier: Everyone involved in that project jumped the gun. It was NOT ready. IMHO, at best it's alpha.
[11:22 AM] Prince Amor: unloader is much better though
[11:22 AM] Prince Amor: is that right
[11:22 AM] Ricky Fournier: Yes they have, I am on it.
[11:22 AM] Putri SoloSinger is Online
[11:22 AM] Prince Amor: I only peek in here and there
[11:22 AM] Prince Amor: oh you have a link?
[11:22 AM] Prince Amor: I have not checked in a month or so
[11:22 AM] albertlr Landar: I've not been on SL for a good while, will have to check in to see whats up there.
 [11:22 AM] Ricky Fournier: Firestorm 7.1.9 (74745) Jun 20 2024 10:27:08 (64bit / SSE2) (Firestorm-Releasex64) with OpenSimulator support
[11:22 AM] Prince Amor: they say firestorm crashes like crazy
[11:23 AM] albertlr Landar: I maintain the Embassy for Osgrid over there, but that is all.
[11:23 AM] Ricky Fournier: It does.
[11:23 AM] Prince Amor: oh i thought you meant alchemy
[11:23 AM] Ricky Fournier: Well, on here.
[11:23 AM] albertlr Landar: So the June one is the best to us e for now.
[11:23 AM] Neovo Geesink: That one is no-go for me... Tested that 2 weeks ago.
[11:23 AM] albertlr Landar: which would you recommend the one on the Download page.
[11:23 AM] Prince Amor: that is only one available at moment
[11:24 AM] Prince Amor: there are betas
[11:24 AM] Prince Amor: dan and foxx might have access
[11:24 AM] Prince Amor: but that is about it
[11:24 AM] Prince Amor: they said they are very unstable
[11:24 AM] Prince Amor: not wanting to share the link
[11:24 AM] Ricky Fournier: I'm going back to pre-PBR version later today.
[11:24 AM] Ricky Fournier: You'll notice I have not recommended it or shared the link.
[11:24 AM] Prince Amor: I am trying to decide if this region is on newest build?
 [11:25 AM] albertlr Landar: https://www.osgrid.org/download.php
[11:25 AM] Neovo Geesink: I am aready reverted to 6.6.17.70368
[11:25 AM] albertlr Landar: it should be
[11:25 AM] Ricky Fournier: System water looks HORRIBLE.
[11:25 AM] Prince Amor: a different simulator version.
 Current simulator: OpenSim 0.9.3.0 Nessie Dev 8a56d44d9b: 2024-09-03 23:55:32 +0100 (X64/Unix/DotNet)
 [11:25 AM] Prince Amor: nope
[11:25 AM] Prince Amor: is prepbr
[11:26 AM] Prince Amor: noticed pretty much right off
[11:26 AM] Prince Amor: came from lbsa
[11:26 AM] Prince Amor: which is june
 [11:26 AM] Prince Amor: wait
 [11:26 AM] Prince Amor: maybe
[11:26 AM] Ricky Fournier: I created my sims again in like May or June. I have the latest from that time.
[11:26 AM] Ricky Fournier: Ibsa is PBR I believ.
[11:27 AM] albertlr Landar: Well the one from June is the latest.
[11:27 AM] Ricky Fournier: I had let them drop for a couple of years.
[11:27 AM] Neovo Geesink: Yes, There is a mirror in the toilet, and a PBR test bottle in one of the couch corners.
[11:27 AM] albertlr Landar: I had to rebuild my regions because my server on OVH crashed because of a Windows update.
 [11:27 AM] Prince Amor: Current simulator: OpenSim 0.9.3.0 Nessie Dev 0d1b14c78f: 2024-03-31 00:44:50 +0000 (X64/Unix/DotNet)
[11:27 AM] Neovo Geesink: OUGH. :-(
[11:27 AM] Prince Amor: no thats it
[11:27 AM] albertlr Landar: Fortunately I had backups on my local computer.
[11:27 AM] Prince Amor: is from march
[11:28 AM] Prince Amor: think that is prepbr build
[11:28 AM] Ricky Fournier: I need to move my oars to local as well. I'm behind on that.
[11:28 AM] Prince Amor: lbsa is 9
[11:28 AM] Prince Amor: this month even
[11:28 AM] albertlr Landar: I understand that from Dan that MS did a recent update to Windows that would increase the AMD CPU usage.
[11:28 AM] Prince Amor: i have mine on junes
[11:28 AM] Neovo Geesink: I run automated daily OAR backup and manual transferring the OARs to external drive monthly..
[11:28 AM] albertlr Landar: I guess use more of the cores.
[11:29 AM] albertlr Landar: I have changed mine to once a week.
[11:29 AM] Prince Amor: yes me too
[11:29 AM] albertlr Landar: Because I rarely make changes to my regions.
[11:29 AM] Prince Amor: 3 day autobackup for all my people
[11:29 AM] Prince Amor: once a month external
[11:29 AM] Prince Amor: once a quarter to the cloud
[11:29 AM] Ricky Fournier: I sometimes do more than 1 a day if I've done a lot.
[11:30 AM] albertlr Landar: hope you have the storage for that.
[11:30 AM] albertlr Landar: My server ran out of space because I was doing it too much.
[11:30 AM] Ricky Fournier: I have a whole server to me on Hertzog.
 [11:31 AM] Neovo Geesink: Oei...
[11:31 AM] albertlr Landar: I had it set to over write the older ones but that did not work.
[11:31 AM] Neovo Geesink: I have 2 Tb internal, and a 2Tb external drive.
[11:31 AM] Ricky Fournier: I got one of those $35/month oldsters that they re-rent.
[11:32 AM] Ricky Fournier: A bit more than I can afford just now, but it's better than what I had last time.
[11:32 AM] albertlr Landar: Oh my servier is on a 258 gb ssd
[11:32 AM] Prince Amor: i notice my dreamgrid
[11:32 AM] Prince Amor: also does not overwright
[11:32 AM] albertlr Landar: so have to watch the storage usage carefully.
[11:32 AM] Prince Amor: must be some strange setting
[11:32 AM] Prince Amor: the one that i use for osgrid workds perfect
[11:32 AM] Prince Amor: think neo let me to that
[11:33 AM] Prince Amor: maybe a gui thing
[11:33 AM] Ricky Fournier: Not herzog, Hetzer. lol
[11:34 AM] Ricky Fournier: Herzog is a friend's name and I get them mixed up.
 [11:34 AM] Ricky Fournier: Hetzner
[11:34 AM] Neovo Geesink: I have them locally. No renting.
[11:34 AM] albertlr Landar: BTW, if there a way to increase the font size in Singualirty
[11:34 AM] albertlr Landar: or is that a system setting.
[11:34 AM] albertlr Landar: Os setting?
[11:34 AM] Ricky Fournier: I am not sure that I could do that with my ISP. I'd also have to spring for a computer.
[11:35 AM] Prince Amor: not used it much
[11:35 AM] Prince Amor: think system works
[11:35 AM] Prince Amor: though sometimes words get combined
[11:35 AM] Neovo Geesink: There is a way to increase "UI size" which enlarges the font in Singu. I do not know exactly where in preferences...
[11:35 AM] Prince Amor: and there may be a ui scaling in it somewhere same sotrry
[11:36 AM] albertlr Landar: Oh found one under chat but it does not seem to work, unless I have a sign off to get it to work.
[11:36 AM] Neovo Geesink: I have botched in a legible font for me instead. :-D
[11:38 AM] albertlr Landar: Ok I found it under graphics
 [11:38 AM] Neovo Geesink: :-)
[11:38 AM] albertlr Landar: Much better now.
[11:38 AM] albertlr Landar: it was straining my eye sight.
[11:38 AM] Ricky Fournier: Firestorm needs to straighten out the menus and then leave them alone.
 [11:38 AM] Neovo Geesink: Aii...
[11:38 AM] albertlr Landar: I get lost in there menus
 [11:38 AM] albertlr Landar: their
[11:39 AM] Neovo Geesink: I also got pretty darn lost when I switched from Singularity to FS...
[11:39 AM] albertlr Landar: they need to consolidate one topic to a menu item.
[11:39 AM] Neovo Geesink: But I had to, since Singularity crashed me everytime when I was in a crowded region.
[11:40 AM] albertlr Landar: Hum I have not really had problems with Singularity crashing.
[11:40 AM] albertlr Landar: But then you travel to more populared areas
[11:40 AM] Neovo Geesink: I probably have too old material... Albeit that FS does not crash me at all when in crowded regions.
[11:41 AM] albertlr Landar: You mean inventory
[11:41 AM] Ricky Fournier is Online
[11:41 AM] Ricky Fournier: Thank you!
[11:41 AM] albertlr Landar: you are welcome
[11:41 AM] Neovo Geesink: No... Places like Event Plaza.
[11:41 AM] Ricky Fournier: A thought just came to mind.
[11:41 AM] albertlr Landar: oh so scripts and things there.
[11:41 AM] Ricky Fournier: Do you think that it would help if the grid itself had a few sims' worth of land that it rented?
[11:42 AM] Neovo Geesink: That is a real PITA when an event is happening... With Singularity, I crash after a certain time there... With FS, No problem.
[11:42 AM] albertlr Landar: Also I think that some people that wear a lot of mesh clothing and objects may cause some of that too.
[11:42 AM] Ricky Fournier: And CRAZY ao
[11:42 AM] Neovo Geesink: I think that is the curlpit... FS might handle that better.
[11:42 AM] albertlr Landar: most probably
[11:42 AM] Ricky Fournier: All of the gestures must cause loading
 [11:43 AM] Neovo Geesink: Yup.
[11:43 AM] Ricky Fournier: I only have any because this is a new avi and I haven't disabled them yet.
[11:44 AM] Neovo Geesink: I do not use AO's nor do I have fancy Avatars... For what I do here, the Syste Avatar serves me well.
[11:44 AM] albertlr Landar: my resolution now on my new monitor is 3840X1600
[11:44 AM] Neovo Geesink: Jeehaw... No wonder that you had to increase the font size.
[11:44 AM] Ricky Fournier: That should be plenty of acreage for a lot of apps.
[11:44 AM] albertlr Landar: Well you know that Kayaker Magic rewrote the main AO script so that it does not cause lag.
[11:45 AM] Ricky Fournier: He's SUCH a cool guy!
[11:45 AM] albertlr Landar: I wish more people would use it it would solve alot of people the old ones cause.
[11:45 AM] Ricky Fournier: Is that the one in Firestorm?
[11:45 AM] albertlr Landar: We should ahvea copy in the Freebe building now, he let me put one there.
 [11:45 AM] Ricky Fournier: ok
[11:46 AM] albertlr Landar: Not sure what is in Firestorm.
[11:46 AM] Ricky Fournier: The script freebit building?
[11:46 AM] albertlr Landar: This is to replace the standard one for wearable AO's
 [11:46 AM] Ricky Fournier: t=e
 [11:46 AM] albertlr Landar: yea.
[11:46 AM] albertlr Landar: I put it out for Sarah to place there.
[11:46 AM] albertlr Landar: About two months ago.
[11:47 AM] albertlr Landar: But if you can't find it I can give you a copy.
[11:47 AM] Ricky Fournier: I went there looking for a no-sit elevator script but no luck.
[11:47 AM] Ricky Fournier: I know it's possible because I've seen on in use, but he won't share.
[11:48 AM] Neovo Geesink: I think that that would nececcetate that you made the elevator cage physical to move the Avatar with it.
[11:48 AM] albertlr Landar: the old one was the ZHAO Anim Ao
[11:48 AM] Ricky Fournier: I have no idea. As much as I'd absolutely love to learn to script so far it has evaded me.
[11:49 AM] Ricky Fournier: The ZHAO has been around for ever
[11:49 AM] albertlr Landar: you should check with Kyaker Magic about that, he might have one.
[11:49 AM] albertlr Landar: You can buy hsi script on the Khightly Market
[11:49 AM] Ricky Fournier: Ok, I have account there so I can use it easier.
[11:50 AM] Ricky Fournier: The AO script, you mean?
[11:50 AM] albertlr Landar: just type in his name and you can see what he has there.
 [11:50 AM] Ricky Fournier: nods
[11:50 AM] Ricky Fournier: I have him in my list of stored stores.
[11:51 AM] albertlr Landar: I've got so many Ao's in my inventory I can't find it now, but I will make sure it is in the Freebe building so everyone can access it there.
[11:51 AM] Ricky Fournier: Last I spoke to him it was about vehicles not being able to driver over a bridge. I was quite impressed with his explanation of why it doesn't work.
[11:52 AM] albertlr Landar: he has really taken the time to script things correctly, even with things that doing usually work here.
[11:52 AM] Ricky Fournier: The servers barely know his scripts are running!
[11:52 AM] albertlr Landar: BTW, he is also hosting a region for Arcadia Asylum builds and those under here other names.

[11:54 AM] albertlr Landar: Very elaborate contraptions, lots of fun stuff.
[11:54 AM] Ricky Fournier: For the time period his stuff was awesome.
[11:55 AM] Ricky Fournier: And then there was the woman who had the awesome landscaping stuff who took it all off because the asshats kept on her case about giving it away for fre.
[11:56 AM] albertlr Landar: I believe that the region can be found on those listed on Hypergird Business, or by doing a search for Arcadia Asylum Library on the Internet.

[11:56 AM] Prince Amor: working that
[11:57 AM] Neovo Geesink: Does he not have it in Opensimworld? Or is it an SL region?

[11:57 AM] albertlr Landar: no its opensim
[11:57 AM] albertlr Landar: not SL
[11:57 AM] Prince Amor: he runs his own servers too though
[11:57 AM] Ricky Fournier: Most of it would not work on SL.
[11:57 AM] albertlr Landar: there is a library on SL but that is not Kayaker
 [11:57 AM] Neovo Geesink: Ah.
[11:57 AM] Prince Amor: please excuse me have to run
